
This course focuses on focal inquiries such as: how has the world formed religion(s), and how have religions molded the world. As we journey through a starting foundation of a portion of the world's significant strict conventions, including the strict customs and belief systems involved, the student will gain an understanding of Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam. Considerations will be addressed to the manners by which the belief systems have been molded by chronicled, political, and topographical changes on the planet and will likewise consider how these conventions and their networks have impacted these changes. Through the span of the semester, we will comprehend the centrality and significance of religion in world history and begin to discuss the significant philosophical inquiries involved.
